The East Java Police Chief, Inspector General of Police Nico Afinta, said that today the Malang City Police is initiating vaccinations for Arema supporters and Malang and surrounding residents. The number of participants for the vaccine was 1,100 people assisted by 25 combined health workers consisting of the Malang Police, Malang Police, Batu Police, Malang Kodim 0833 and Malang Health Service.
"The number of vaccination participants was 1,100 people, assisted by health workers from the Malang Police, Malang Kodim and Malang Health Office. This activity itself was carried out in three locations, Malang City, Malang Regency and Batu," explained East Java Police Chief Inspector General Nico Afinta, Wednesday (11/8/2021) afternoon.
Inspector General Nico added, we really appreciate the implementing officers consisting of joint officers from the TNI, Polri and also the ranks of the Malang city government and also Arema who participated in the vaccine.
"This is a very good example in implementing government programs, especially vaccinations. "Come on, let's get vaccinated" (Let's all get vaccinated) to get herd immunity, we believe Arema will be a pioneer in disseminating information to the public so that they come and get vaccinated," he added.
Even though it was the anniversary of the Arema Malang football club, there were no convoys in the city of Malang. So I and Mr. Pangdam V Brawijaya and Mr. Sekda appreciate it. Hopefully Arema will be a pioneer in vaccination campaigns and implementing the 5M protocol for all people in Malang and its surroundings.
