Suspected Fake Oxygen Cylinder Circulating in Tulungagung, Not For Covid-19 Patients, But Live Fish (Koi)

SURABAYA, - There is news related to the circulation of oxygen cylinders which are suspected to be fake circulating in Tulungagung. That this oxygen cylinder is not intended for Covid-19 patients. But for live fish (Koi).

 According to Kombes Pol Farman, Dirreskrimsus Polda East Java, said that the circulation of news related to the alleged oxygen cylinder in the Tulungagung area, was not for Covid-19 patients, but the oxygen cylinder was intended for live fish.

 "That's not true, the oxygen cylinder is used for live fish or koi fish, and this case has been handled by the Safe Gakkum Task Force at the Tulungagung Police and backed up by the Safe Gakkum Task Force in Nusa II, the East Java Police," explained Kombes Pol Farman, Dirreskrimsus Polda East Java, Thursday. (22/7/2021) afternoon.

 Previously, this news circulated from a group of Koi fish sellers. On behalf of Azizul Adam, Aris Navianto, Supriono and Imam Mualifin. The daily activities of these 4 (four) people are koi fish sellers.

 "When selling koi fish in plastic packaging, of course, packaging koi fish in plastic requires oxygen," he said.

 "So far, the four of them have gotten oxygen from buying it at official agents in Tamanan Village and Pulosari Village. Then on Monday 19 July 2021, around 11.00 WIB. This group ran out of oxygen," he added.

 Meanwhile, when they realized that their oxygen supply was running out, Imam Mualifin's brother took the initiative to contact Muhammad Rifai to ask if they still had oxygen. Because Muhammad Rifai, is also a cultivator of gouramy seeds.

 "Furthermore, Muhamad Rifai said that if he still had oxygen stock of one six cubic meter tube, which Imam Mualifi then borrowed (asked for) by bringing an empty one cubic meter tube to Muhammad Rifai's house, to be filled," he continued.

 After getting the oxygen, Imam Mualifin went home with the oxygen and told his three friends from the same group.

 "Meanwhile, Muhammad Rifai, on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at around 16.00 WIB. Get oxygen from Daroini, by coming to Muhammad Rifai's house, who is still a neighbor with the aim of borrowing three empty oxygen cylinders measuring six cubic meters which will be used to help sick students in the Termas Pacitan boarding school," he said.

 Meanwhile, Muhammad Rifai, allowed his empty tube to be borrowed with a note that one tube was to be filled for his own needs, then at 20.00 WIB. Daroini ordered Ratno to take three empty tubes from Muhammad Rifai's house and then take the three empty tubes to the Termas Islamic Boarding School in Termas Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan Regency, with Daorini's biological son, Hakim.

 "After arriving at the Termas Islamic Boarding School, Ratno handed over the three oxygen cylinders to the caretaker of the cottage named Safi'k, who then Safi'k, told Ratno to wait at the Pondok because Safi'k went to the Pacitan Regency BPPD office to take one tube that was already filled with oxygen," he concluded.

 In addition, Safi'k gave a tube containing oxygen to Ratno to take it back to Tulungagung and a tube containing oxygen was handed over to Muhammad Rifai. On Monday, July 19, 2021 at around 11.20 WIB. Imam Mualifin, came to Muhammad Rifai's house to borrow (ask) the oxygen by carrying a one cubic meter tube which was then used to fill the plastic packaging of the koi fish which caused the fish to get drunk and four died.
