Previously, the East Java Government had inaugurated a free oxygen filling station at the East Java Transportation Service. This time, the oxygen filling station has been reopened, at Bapenda Jatim, which is located on Jalan Pahlawan Sidoarjo.
East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa appealed to people who are isoman to access free refilled oxygen.
"Refilling means that they have to bring a tube to this place. Each day can be up to two times," said the Governor of East Java when opening the oxygen refill station in Sidoarjo.
This oxygen filling station is not only intended for residents of Sidoarjo, but also residents on the outskirts of Mojokerto who can reach it.
"This is for the service of our citizens who are isoman," said Khofifah accompanied by the East Java Police Chief and the Military Commander V Brawijaya.
In addition, ambulances that are carrying patients and need oxygen refills are also allowed to fill free of charge.
"Basically we prepare a stock of 500 cubic meters a day. That means 500 oxygen cylinders or cylinders. But God willing, we have sufficient stock, meaning that if demand is high and exceeds 500 cubic meters or 500 cylinders, it is possible to increase the supply," he explained. Khofifah.
Furthermore, Khofifah added that she urges all people who have not been vaccinated to immediately vaccinate. The process of using oxygen is already downstream. The upstream is how we maintain good health protocols.
"How do we follow the program quickly, we mobilize the community so that they can immediately participate in vaccinations and for those who are confirmed, today we have prepared a free oxygen refill service," concluded Khofifah.
