The National Police Launches the 'SINAR' Application to Make Sim Making Easier for the Community

JOMBANG, - Head of East Java Police Inspector General Dr. Nico Afinta, Pangdam V Brawijaya Maj. Gen. Suharyanto, accompanied by the Chief Officer (PJU) of the East Java Regional Police and the Head of Public Relations of the East Java Regional Police, Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko, Tuesday (13/4/2021) afternoon, attended the Launching of the Application for the Precision National SIM (Sinar) Korlantas Polri , which was held at the Satpas Satlantas Polres Jombang.

In this activity, apart from being attended by the Head of the East Java Regional Police and the ranks of the Police, the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo was also connected via a video teleconference. While at the launch, the police chief interacted with one of the sim applicants from a student from Tebuireng, Jombang. Who was directly accompanied by KH. Abdul Hakim Mahfudz, administrator of the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school, Jombang. Besides that, KH. Irfan Shaleh, the leader of the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School and KH. Masduki, the leader of the Tanfizil Quran Islamic Boarding School.

East Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General Nico Afinta explained that today all East Java Police are participating in the launch of the precision national sim application.

"The purpose of this launch is to improve services to the community, especially when making SIM. People do not need to come, and simply make sims in this application," explained the Head of East Java Regional Police, Inspector General Nico Afinta, Tuesday (13/4/2021) afternoon.

It is hoped that in the future Polri's services to the community will be further improved. With this application can also avoid the crowd. And if the sim is finished, it will be delivered to the sim applicant directly at home.

"This application is very good and can avoid crowds when making sims," concluded the East Java Police Chief.

Meanwhile, for the previous public, they could download the 'SINAR' application in the play store first, from this application it would later function as an extension of the SIM or create a new SIM. So that SIM applicants do not need to be present at the security guard and do not need to queue.

If the public or the applicant uses a SIM with the 'SINAR' application, the public can take advantage of the Polri application service to make it easier for the sim applicant community.

The new sim applicant only waits for a few minutes for the sim to be ready. The sim will be printed and will be delivered to the house by officers from PT. Post to the applicant.
