Separately, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, emphasized that the implementation would implement a strict program. 1. All matches are held without spectators in the stadium which are broadcast live by Television and Online Media Stations.
2. Limiting the number of players, officials, committees, security guards, invited guests and media crews in the match area to a maximum of 299 people.
3. Matches are held at stadiums in the Covid-19 green zone.
4. The person in charge must comply with the following conditions:
A. Maintain security and order in the activities referred to.
B. Prevent if there are indications of deviations from the activity objectives which have been stated in writing in the permit application statement letter.
C. Within 3 x 24 hours before the activity is carried out, report to the local Police.
D. Comply with other provisions given by local officials in relation to the activities to be carried out.
E. Comply with the rules and protocols for handling Covid-19 established by the authorities in the local area.
- If there is a deviation and / or violation of the provisions of this letter, the police / security officer can disperse / stop or take other action based on the provisions of the law.
- This crowd permit is issued to those with an interest in it to be used properly, except in the case of an error, necessary corrections will be made.
- If an extraordinary situation occurs, the Crowd Permit that has been issued will be suspended / revoked.
- After completing the implementation of the activity, the person in charge should report the results to the Chief of Police, u.p. Safeguard head within 1 (one) week after the completion of the said activity.
