Kemenpan-RB Awarded the 12th Polres of 2020 Prime Service Award

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) awarded the title of excellent service to 12 Polres in Indonesia.  The reward is given because of the creation of good public services.

 In this case, Kemenpan-RB conducts an annual evaluation.  In 2020, the ministry assessed at least 209 service units in the Polres, Polresta, Polrestabes and Metro Police.

 "The vision and mission of Pak Jokowi and Ma'ruf Amin is bureaucratic reform. What the President wants is the speed of the government apparatus to serve the community, from the President, Village Heads, Lurahs, Kapolri to Kapolsek, Bhabinkamtibmas, TNI Commander with three dimensions to Koramil, Babinsa,"  said Menpan-RB Tjahjo Kumolo in a virtual event 'Submitting the Results of Evaluation and Awarding of Public Service Scope of the 2020 National Police', Jakarta, Tuesday (16/2/2021).

 The aspects that become the assessment of the prime service predicate are service policy, HR professionalism, facilities and infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and complaints, and public service innovation.

 The 12 Polres, Polresta and Polrestabes who won the prime service predicate, among others;

 3. Polrestabes Bandung
 4. Police Cirebon
 5. Malang Police
 6. Polrestabes Surabaya
 7. Sidoarjo Police
 8. Polres Gresik
 9. Malang City Police

 11. Kulonprogo Police
 12. Polres Sleman

 Meanwhile, 40 Polres, Polresta and Polrestabes received very good categories, namely;

 Regarding the award, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo expressed his appreciation and gratitude to Kemenpan-RB for monitoring and evaluating the performance of public services, especially within the Police.

 "We are trying to continue to improve prime public services by utilizing information technology and digital advances, so that public services really are what the community expects, especially by cutting bureaucracy," said Sigit at the same opportunity.

 Therefore, the National Police, said Sigit, has made a Road Map related to the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the 2020-2024 timeframe.

 "The innovation aims at better Polri services in the community, online public services are presented online Samsat, online SIM, online SKCK," said Sigit.

 Sigit also hopes that by giving the title of excellent service the 12 Polres, Polresta and Polrestabes, will be able to create a healthy competition climate internally to compete to create even better innovations in the future.

 "I thank the 12 Polres for striving for innovation and getting the prime title. Hopefully it will trigger other colleagues to do the same," hoped Sigit.
