Gathering with Head of MUI South Sulawesi, National Police Chief Called Ulama Support is Very Important to Maintain Security and Community Protection

BromoToday.com - MAKASSAR- After giving directions to the main officials of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo continued the relationship with the chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of South Sulawesi.

Anre Gurutta (AGH) KH Sanusi Baco at his residence Jalan Kelapa Tiga, Makassar, Friday (12/2/2021) night.

This visit aims to strengthen the relationship between the National Police and the ulama as well as major Islamic mass organizations. The National Police Chief asked for the support of the ulama to participate in conveying messages of community service through preaching and lectures. "The support of the ulama is very important to create safe and peaceful kamtibmas," said Sigit.

Meanwhile Anre Gurutta welcomed the hope of the National Police Chief. This, he said, became a separate note to always convey cool da'wah to the community in order to create a safe and peaceful kamtibmas situation.
