Besides distributing free masks, he continued, 5M messages were also inserted regarding the obligation to wear masks when leaving the house and always avoiding crowds and washing hands with soap or cultivating personal hygiene, as well as adding an appeal to stay away from the crowd and reduce mobility.
"This method is believed to reduce the risk of covid-19 transmission, especially from infected people to other people. Hopefully, the distribution of free masks to the public will become the right education for the discipline of health protocols," he concluded.
Meanwhile, one of the motorcyclists, who did not want to be identified by the media crew, thanked the Probolinggo Police and Gading Police for providing masks for free to protect themselves.
"It is very useful (distribution of masks) for us, especially in the current conditions of the corona pandemic," he said.
