This quick response vaccination car will later travel around the city of Surabaya to visit suburban communities, market traders, or serve people who have not vaccinated, they can call 110 or report to the RT/RW, Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, and community health centers in their respective kelurahan areas.
East Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General Nico Afinta explained that there are currently 22 rapid response vaccination cars ready to serve the people of Surabaya. It is possible that if all Surabaya residents have been vaccinated, this car can be used for the ranks of the Greater Surabaya agglomeration, such as in Sidoarjo, Gresik and in other cities.
This car contains health workers, prepared vaccines, as well as members of the TNI-Polri and the Health Office, if needed in an acceleration. The targets are people who are on the outskirts, who cannot attend the vaccination campaign, such as fishing communities, trading communities in markets, or on demand.
"People can call 110 or contact RT, RW, Babinsa, Babinkamtibmas or officers at the Puskesmas, to register for vaccinations. This car will go there, but remember to report first," he said.
