East Java Police Chief Checks Vaccination Based on Worker Community at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi

SURABAYA,- Today (Tuesday 3/8/2021) the East Java Police Chief accompanied by the East Java Police Chief Officer carried out a community-based vaccination check for workers at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, Plant 1, Surabaya. Vaccination is targeted for 2000 people in the Bhayangkara For Nation Health Service activity supported by the East Java Regional Police Biddokes for employees, families and the surrounding community.

 Soedomo Mergonoto, CEO of PT. Kapal Api Global, said that his party welcomes and is grateful for the implementation of the Bhayangkara Health Service program with the East Java Regional Police for PT Santos Jaya Abadi employees and their families and communities around the factory.

 "Today's activity is carried out as a commitment from PT SJA to vaccinate as many employees as possible as an effort to make the vaccination program from the central government a success," said Soedomo Mergonoto, CEO of PT. Global Fire Ship, Tuesday (3/8/2021) afternoon.

 "This step is expected to immediately bring Indonesia to reach communal immunity or herd immunity. Hopefully this effort can bring us free from Covid-19 as well as revive the Indonesian economy," he added.

 PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, previously also carried out various procedures in the workplace, such as offices, factories and outlets to ensure health and safety for employees and consumers.

 "These various steps are implemented by following official guidelines and recommendations from the local government. Some of the policies we have implemented are encouraging employees to practice health care measures such as getting used to washing hands with soap, practicing a healthy lifestyle, practicing social distancing, as well as enforcing shift work system at home, in accordance with the regulations set by the government.

 "In the future, Kapal Api Group will continue to take preventive measures in line with developments that occur and always be guided by additional instructions that will be issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia," he concluded.
