East Java Police and Surabaya Polrestabes Prepare Vaccine Outlets at Seven Points in Surabaya City Area

SURABAYA - East Java Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol Nico Afinta visited the Surabaya Police Headquarters, on the first day Kombes Pol Akhmad Yusep Gunawan led, Tuesday (10/8/2021), evening.

 "The East Java Regional Police will support all the programs that have been planned by the Kapolrestabes together with the Mayor, especially in handling COVID-19," added Nico.

 The Regional Police Chief continued, in handling Covid in Surabaya, the Polda and Polrestabes will pay special attention so that the synergy with the Surabaya City Government and its staff can run well.

 The daily increase rate is analyzed together, then how the implementation of PPKM is related to vaccination is also a topic of discussion.

 "In the future, we will carry out an independent vaccination campaign that will be planned together with the Mayor and will open several outlets at 7 points in the Surabaya area," he added.

 Then the Police will also carry out mass vaccinations which will be carried out together with the Surabaya City Government. In the initial plan, 10 thousand doses will be prepared and the public will inform the time and place of the implementation.

 Nico also appealed to the people of Surabaya to always comply with health protocols, encouraging vaccination programs. Because this program will be successful if it gets support from the citizens of Surabaya.
