Tanjung Perak Police Chief Leads Emergency PPKM Operations Followed by Onsite Session

Tanjung Perak Port Police Chief, AKBP Ganis Setyaningrum, S.Si, MH directly led the implementation of the PPKM Darutat Health Protocol (Prokes) judicial operation in the form of controlling masks which was held in the Krembangan District, Wednesday morning, July 7, 2021.

 This operation was carried out starting at 08.00 in front of the Sam Poo Tay Jien Temple or Mbah Ratu Temple, Jalan Demak, which was attended by a combined personnel of 65 people.
 Each consists of the Tanjung Perak Port Police, Krembangan Police, North Surabaya Kodim TNI and POMAL, Tanjung Perak Prosecutor's Office, Surabaya City Satpol PP and East Java Provincial Satpol PP, Morokrembangan Village and Krembangan District.
 This activity targets road users. From pedestrians, onthek cyclists, motorcyclists, cars and others.
 The implementation of this operation is a form of implementation of Presidential Instruction number 6 of 2020 concerning community discipline towards the application of health protocols and Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2021 concerning Emergency PPKM Regarding Efforts to Break the Chain of Spread of Covid-19.
 Also attending the event were Kajari Surabaya, Mr. Anton Deliyanto, SH, MH, Kajari Tanjung Perak I Ketut Kasna Dedi, SH, MH, Kapolsek Krembangan Kompol Redik Tribawanto, Danramil Kremabangan together with Head of Operations Section for Tanjung Perak Port Police Kompol Eko Nur Wahyudiono.
 The articles suspected of violators include Article 46 jo. Article 40B paragraph (1) letter a (for violations of PPKM) and letter b (for violations of health protocols) and East Java Provincial Regulation No. 2 of 2020 jo. Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Public Order. For the threat of punishment starting from a warning to a maximum deduction/fine for a fine of IDR 50 million and a maximum imprisonment of 3 months.
 According to the Chief of Police, this operation will continue to be carried out as an effort to accelerate the handling of Covid-19.
 "We routinely carry out Emergency PPKM operations by controlling community mobility and limiting community mobility in the form of Operation Justification throughout the jurisdiction of the Tanjung Perak Port Police. We also enforce a curfew at night. So all activities outside must be stopped at 20.00, "he said.
