The Police Operation, codenamed Sikat Semeru 2021, will be carried out for 12 days starting from 28 June to 9 July 2021, involving 250 Pamekasan Police personnel divided into several task forces.

Apip said that the targets of the operation included perpetrators of criminal acts of robbery, stealing, robbery, sajams / explosives / guns, thuggery and other street crimes that are quite disturbing to the public.
As for the results of the brush ops that we got as many as 17 cases and the number of suspects 17 people, where the theft cases were 4 cases with 4 suspects where out of 3 suspects were included in the target operation/TO related to rampant theft in the jurisdiction of the Pamekasan Police, thuggery/ extortion as many as 3 cases with 3 suspects, Street crime as many as 8 cases with 8 suspects, Sajam as many as 2 cases with 2 suspects.
In addition, apart from the implementation of the Brush Ops, we also arrested 3 suspected gamblers and 1 suspected alcoholic/alcoholic drink dealer.
For evidence, the officers secured a motorbike that was the result of a crime, sharp weapons, cash, cellphones, and 580 bottles of alcoholic beverages from various brands.
The achievement of the Semeru Brush Ops results this year increased by 88.89% (up 8 kss) from the previous year which only reached 9 kss. This indicates that the quantity of crime is quite increasing, especially during the current Corona Virus or Covid-19 Pandemic. Pamekasan Police Chief explained
