The Directorate of Water and Air Police of the East Java Police Reveals the Smuggling of 22,000 Baby Lobsters

SURABAYA, - Ditpolairud Polda East Java, revealed the smuggling of lobster seeds that occurred on Sunday (6/7/2021) at around 16.30 WIB, which occurred on Unam beach, Jalan Wilis, Panggul District, Trenggalek Regency.

 "The suspect's initials are W, a resident from Wonogiri, Central Java. While the evidence that has been secured is 22,000 lobster shrimp seeds, sand and pearl species, backpacks, cellphones and car number F 1336 QR," explained Pol Commissioner Gatot Repli Handoko, Tuesday. (9/7/2021).

 Due to this incident, the loss had an impact on marine human resources, especially lobster shrimp, which experienced a decline in population.

 The Head of the Gakkum Sub-Directorate of the Ditpolairud East Java Police, AKBP Siswanto, said that the chronology began on Sunday, June 6, 2021, at around 16.30 WIB.  "In the plastic bag, there are baby lobsters each containing 200-250 baby lobsters which are placed in the trunk of the car which is planned to be given to recipients in the Solo area," he said.
