Reviewing Micro PPKM in Bekasi, National Police Chief Asks to Strengthen Tracing Testing and PCR Tests to be Accelerated by 1 Day

BEKASI- TNI Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto together with the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo and Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin continued to visit the Micro PPKM post.

After Ulujami, Pesanggarahan, South Jakarta, the group moved to the PPKM Mikro post in Medan Satria District, Bekasi City, West Java.

In his directive, the National Police Chief requested that tracing testing activities be strengthened. The ranks of the polsek and polres must also increase the injection of vaccine doses from 50 doses per day to more than that. "The PCR test is also accelerated with results of at least 1 day," said the four-star general.

According to Sigit, sufficient PPE and medicines are sourced from the health office and the mayor. "The TNI-Polri are ready to help carry out the vaccination campaign in Bekasi," said the former Police Criminal Investigation Officer.

Meanwhile, the TNI Commander hopes that if there is a shortage of health workers, they will immediately coordinate. The health facilities, he said, were well met. "Don't let there be another viral incident, patients are taken in carts, even though vehicle/ambulance facilities for patients are still there," said Hadi.

The Minister of Health also hopes that if there is a shortage of vaccines, they will immediately report it to the puskesmas. "We are ready to provide vaccines if there is a shortage," he said.

For the record, the Bekasi City Government provides an emergency hospital at the GOR. The municipal government also has 8 RT-PCR test points that can test up to 2,000 samples per day, at a rate of 1 to 2 days. Then there are puskesmas officers who monitor up to the RT level.
