The podcast broadcast through the UINMLG youtube channel has the theme "Fasting and Efforts to Improve Youth Nationalism". This is done as an effort to improve the spirituality of the residents of the Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University campus, Malang, during the holy month of Ramadan.
"An understanding must be in our plants to love the homeland," said the Deputy Chief of Police of East Java, when asked about the meaning of nationalism by Prof. Haris, as the host.
"Today's youth must be able to understand the history of the nation, of course the struggle and merits of the heroes must also be known by today's youth," said Brigadier General Pol Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo.
"Don't just be proud of foreigners who can understand the culture of our nation, because it's a reflection for us, don't let us not know Pancasila ourselves," he added.
The Deputy Chief of Police hopes that our young generation, our students, must understand the meaning of Nationalism itself, understand the noble values of nationality, of course.
