The East Java Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Pol Nico Afinta, during his visit conveyed that members should be able to carry out their duties, powers and responsibilities.
"If the members work well, the organization will be good. Believe that the people around us are the ones who influence our future," said the East Java Regional Police Chief.
In addition, the Kapolda appealed to all ranks at the Ponorogo Police to carry out the Police Chief's Precision program. This is because the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, responded to the changes by issuing a precision program.
"Precision is a program of the Chief of Police that we must carry out. There are a number of programs that we have reviewed yesterday to realize the Chief of Police's program," he said.
Furthermore, the Kapolda also appealed to the Ponorogo Police Chief, to form a district-level social security cleric, and to communicate structurally with religious leaders in Ponorogo.
"The aim of the community ministry is to maintain diversity. East Java is an example of Indonesia. All religions, all ethnic groups are here," said the number one person in the East Java police.
"We all have the same obligation. To care for Ponorogo, of course to care for East Java. And of course to care for the Indonesian nation. Things that show we are all part of the nation to care for this diversity needs to be maintained," he added.
