The readiness of COVID-19 Vaccinators and Tracers is a follow-up to the implementation of Micro-Scale PPKM in East Java.
This is an implementation of the instructions of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 03 of 2021 concerning micro-based PPKM and the establishment of Covid-19 handling posts at the village and sub-district levels to control Covid-19.
On this occasion, Pangdam V Brawijaya said that there had been a decrease in Covid-19 cases.
"Last week the positive figures in East Java ranged from 800 to 1000," said Pangdam V Brawijaya.
While in the last few days 400 to 500, even yesterday February 2021 the positive number was 440 new cases, as well as the number who died was still high, but there was a fairly good downward trend.
"This proves that PPKM is effective in reducing the number of new infections or those who died," said Pangdam V Brawijaya.
That is why this central policy was continued by PPKM Mikro at the village / kelurahan level and the RT and RW levels.
The link between the TNI and POLRI which prioritizes Babinsa, Babinkamtibnas, maritime potential non-commissioned officer (Babinpotmar) and potential aerospace non-commissioned officer (Babinpotdirga) is to assist the covid task force at the RT / RW level in the village, in terms of tracer.
This tracer is to provide information to the community regarding the dangers of covid and to help the village head, the head of the RT-RW explain the procedures for treating Covid patients in accordance with the provisions.
Furthermore, it will secure and seek information on people who have contact with positive Covid patients, so that they do not enter the village and are not caught.
In addition, it is also in charge of providing assistance and input to villages, villages / wards related to security.
