Probolinggo Police Chief AKBP Ferdy Irawan through the Probolinggo Police Gending Police Chief, AKP Ohim to Media Journalists, said the distribution of free masks took place at Pasae Gending, Gending District. This activity is an effort to break the chain of spreading Covid-19 in the Probolinggo Regency area.
"In addition to the distribution of masks, the officers also socialized the importance of implementing health protocols (prokes) and New Habit Adaptation (AKB). We appeal to the public to reduce mobility and stay away from crowds," said AKP Ohim.
According to him, the Probolinggo Police have continuously held outreach in order to urge the public to improve personal and environmental hygiene and always implement 5M, namely wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance, away from crowds and reducing mobility.
"We hope that this activity can increase public awareness in implementing health protocols in their daily activities," he concluded.
