Realizing Transparency, National Police Chief Launching Dumas Precision Application

JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo officially launched the Precision Public Complaint Application (Dumas) (Predictive, Responsibility, Fair Transparency). This was done to create transparency and Complain Handling for the wider community.

 The launch of the Dumas Presisi application was carried out during the National Police's Itwasum Rakerwas for Fiscal Year 2021 at the Police Headquarters Rupatama Building, South Jakarta, Wednesday (24/2/2021).

 "Maximize the Dumas Precision Application and socialize it to the public, because this application is a form of handling complaints and transparency of the National Police in establishing a community monitoring system quickly, easily and measurably," said Sigit in his speech.

 At that activity, Sigit also asked the Police Inspectorate for this momentum as a means of sharing information and formulating ways of acting in dealing with various task problems in the field.

 "Absorb any information conveyed by the sources, as an effort to enrich insight and perfect strategy, techniques and ways of acting in the field," said the former Head of Criminal Investigation of the Police.

 Not only that, Sigit instructed to knit cross-functional and sectoral cooperation and synergy, with government institutions, APIP and independent external supervisors.

 Then, manage and find the best solution in handling public complaints, and take advantage of input from external observers and supervisors of the Police.

 "Perform evaluation of tasks in the field of supervision and inspection, both routinely and specifically," said the former Banten Police Chief.

 Then, Sigit emphasized that this Rakerwas could also be used to carry out thoughts that were out of the box in order to anticipate possible deviations by members in carrying out their duties and functions.
