East Java Regional Police Chief Accompanied by the Governor and Pangdam V Brawijaya Receives the Second Dose of Covid-19 Vaccination at Grahadi

SURABAYA, East Java Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) today, Friday (19/2/2021) underwent a second dose of Covid-19 vaccination.  East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa and Pangdam V Brawijaya Maj. Gen. Suharyanto, accompanied the Head of East Java Regional Police Inspector General Pol.  Nico Afinta underwent Covid-19 Vaccination at the Grahadi State Building, Surabaya.

 In addition to the East Java Regional Police Chief who received the covid-19 vaccine, several main officials (PJU) of the East Java Regional Police also underwent covid-19 vaccinations including, Dansat Brimob Kombes Pol Amostian, Dirsamapta Kombes Pol Yudi Sumartono and Dirbinmas Kombes Pol Terr Pratiknyo.

 According to the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, said that currently the second dose has been completed, and currently the East Java Regional Police Chief has taken the second dose and has received a certificate.

 Then, for the covid-19 vaccination, we are still waiting for the arrival of the vaccine which will be prioritized at high risk for public service providers such as the TNI, Polri, and journalists.

 "The first dose of covid-19 vaccination has been carried out at Mahkodam V Brawijaya, and today the second dose has been carried out. And the East Java Police Chief has also received a certificate," said the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Friday (19/2/2021  ) afternoon.

 Meanwhile, the Head of East Java Regional Police, Inspector General Dr.  After the second dose of Covid-19 vaccination, Nico Afinta said, This vaccination is safe, in the first stage I have done it and I have no side effects.  And some of the members of the East Java Regional Police have also participated in the Covid-19 vaccination.

 "The Covid-19 vaccination is safe, and there are no side effects after being injected with the vaccine. I myself have taken the second dose and Alhamdulillah it is safe," explained the Kapolda.

 Meanwhile, if the vaccine will arrive back in East Java.  The next target is all Polri members in the East Java region.  Currently, there are 214 health workers at the East Java Regional Police Headquarters, while 42 thousand for all members of the Police in East Java.

 "The next target is vaccine recipients for the entire ranks of the East Java Regional Police," concluded the Kapolda.
