Two suspects who were arrested in the sale and purchase of explosives were Mastur (47), a Probolinggo resident and Ahmadi (41), a resident of Sumenep, Madura.

"The arrest of the two suspects was after information from the public that Jangkar Port was often used to buy and sell fish bombs. After arriving at the Jangkar Situbondo port, three thousand detonators were handed over to the suspect Ahmadi as buyer and buyer.

The explosives made by the suspect are quite dangerous. This is because the raw materials for making explosives consist of a mixture of charcoal and potassium and sulfur.

"The fish bomb that was made by the suspect is quite dangerous, because it can damage the marine ecosystem," said Kombes Pol Arnapi, Dirpolairud Polda Jatim.

The suspect Mastur is a recidivist of the same case, he was arrested in 2015. And now he is repeating his actions and again being arrested.

From this disclosure the two suspects were subject to Article 1 paragraph 1 of the Emergency Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 1951 concerning Firearms and Explosives. Both will receive the death penalty or life imprisonment.
