The distribution of masks which was centered in the City Square of Kraksaan and Street Vendors (PKL) had the theme 'Raising the spirit of the populist economy amid the Covid-19 Pandemic'.

In addition, the distribution of masks was also followed directly by the Deputy Head of the Probolinggo Police, Commissioner Agung Setyono and Public Relations and the Department of Communication and Information of Probolinggo Regency.
"Alhamdulillah, the distribution of masks is in commemoration of the 2021 National Press Day," said the Deputy Chief of Police, Monday (8/2/2021).
According to him, journalists have an important role in preventing the spread of Covid-19. This is because journalists provide information to the wider community so that the community adheres to health protocols.
"So, it is very important that journalists have actions like this (handing out masks)," he explained.
Meanwhile, the coordinator of the mask distribution action, Saifullah, said that the distribution of masks to the community was to develop the economy amid the Covid-19 Pandemic.
"We deliberately give masks to street vendors, so that street vendors will still comply with the Health Protocol when selling their wares," he said.
Saiful, who is also a journalist from the RMOLJatim News Agency, invites business people to stay enthusiastic and continue to be creative to revive the economy.
"In the midst of this pandemic, traders or business actors are required to be creative, so that the creative economy will rise," he concluded.
