According to Argo, the National Police's Public Relations Division will include a signal spokesperson in every press conference activity. This is done in order to fulfill the rights of persons with disabilities to obtain equal and complete information.
"The press conference activities at the National Police Headquarters from now on will be different from the previous ones. This time, it includes a signal spokesperson for people with disabilities, ”said Argo.
The involvement of a sign language interpreter is also a form of support for the commitment of the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, to provide space for disabled groups to become part of the Bhayangkara Corps.
In other words, people with special needs can serve as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) according to their competence. The diffable group can work in the fields of administration, service, analysis related to information technology, or be adjusted to a possible position.
"This is in accordance with the priority program regarding making the National Police's human resources superior in the Police 4.0 era," said Argo.
