At around 09.00 WIB, the Police Chief arrived at the Gending District Office. There he was greeted by Forkopimka Gending.
Forkopimka Gending briefly conveyed the situation of handling Covid-19 and the progress of the Micro PPKM program in Gending District itself.
Furthermore, accompanied by Forkopimka Gending and the Head of the Gending Health Center, dr. Pungki Ariyanti, the Head of the Resort Police, went to the Covid-19 isolation house at the Sari Indah Gending Hotel and then continued to monitor the implementation of the vaccine at the Precision Vaccine Outlet in the Gending Sugar Factory area.
"Here we will continue to monitor on the spot and evaluate the implementation of the Emergency PPKM to find out the real conditions on the ground. This is also one of our quick action efforts in handling Covid-19 prevention," explained the Police Chief.
Next, the Police Chief moved to SMP Negeri 1, which is located in one area of Gending District.
"This school building is planned to be used as a quarantine place to be prepared in the event of a spike in Covid-19 in Probolinggo Regency. And from our observations since this morning, the infrastructure is adequate and personnel from the Gending Sub-District Task Force, which is a synergy of the 3 pillars- We are also quite ready to carry out efforts to deal with Covid-19," he said.
