"Polri has established precision vaccine outlets for all Regional Police, Polres, Polsek in Indonesia. Precision vaccine outlets will serve people who have not been vaccinated," said Sigit in a written statement, Jakarta, Monday (28/6/2021).
The former Banten Police Chief revealed that the Presisi outlet is free of charge or free for people who want to get an injection of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Precision vaccine outlets have already started at the Tanjung Priok Port Police, Tanjung Priok Port Health Clinic, Tangerang Metro Police, Tangerang CGV Mall, Bekasi City Police Station with nine Polsek under it, and the Tebet Police Station. Meanwhile, the Regional Police, Polres and other Polsek will immediately activate the outlets.
In addition, said Sigit, the Presisi vaccine booth also applies to all elements of society without domicile requirements. In other words, residents with addresses anywhere on their ID cards are welcome to come to the nearest police station.
"People please come who have not been vaccinated, just bring their ID cards. ID cards throughout Indonesia," said this former Police Criminal Investigation Officer.
According to Sigit, Presisi outlets were established as an effort to maintain the ability to vaccinate one million a day for the realization of Herd Immunity or group immunity against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
The National Police itself has realized the one million vaccine a day program on June 26, 2021. This is in accordance with the theme of the 75th Bhayangkara Day, namely, 'Precise Police Transformation Supports Acceleration of Covid-19 Handling for Healthy Communities and National Economic Recovery Towards Advanced Indonesia'.
"This precision vaccine outlet is an effort by the National Police to maintain the ability to vaccinate 1 million per day," said Sigit.
On June 26, 2021, in the Highlight Dashboard owned by the National Police as a form of disclosure, 1,285,460 people were recorded to have been injected with the vaccine.
