The launching of Etle stage 1 was held at the NTMC Polri building, Jakarta, Tuesday (23/3/2021) which was attended by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Muhammad Syarifuddin and the Attorney General TB. This National Etle is one of the implementations of the National Police Corruption Eradication Commission, led by the National Police Chief Inspector General of the Istiono Police in realizing one of the priority programs of precision or predictive, responsibility, transparency and justice from the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
The National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, in his presentation said that the presence of this National electronic ticket was to improve public safety and security programs on roads.
The National Police Chief wants the public to be more alert and orderly in traffic because Etle can monitor the behavior of motorists.

"Of course there needs to be law enforcement efforts so that the process of implementing the activities of road users can truly be disciplined, can prioritize safety and of course respect other people who are fellow road users," said National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
On the Police side, General Sigit emphasized transparent law enforcement efforts through Etle. The former Kabareskrim hopes that the Etle system can prevent abuse of authority as well as the use of information technology.
"On the police side, the Etle program is part of us to enforce the law by utilizing information technology," explained the National Police Chief.
The National Police Chief also emphasized that his party will continue to improve the system so that in the future the enforcement of the Police law, especially traffic on roads, does not need to interact directly with the community.
"Of course we often get complaints related to the problem of the ticketing process carried out by several unscrupulous members, which then has the potential for abuse of authority," explained the National Police Chief.
This national Etle can take action against 10 traffic violations including traffic light violations, road markings violations, odd-even violations, violations using cellphones, violations against the flow, violations not using helmets, violations of the validity of vehicle registration, violations of not using seat belts and violations of restrictions on certain types of vehicles. .
In addition to detecting traffic violations, the Etle system can also support evidence of accidents and non-crime cases on the highway by using the face recognition technology that is already in the Etle system.
Meanwhile, the Police Traffic Command Inspector General Pol Istiono revealed that the Korlantas ranks were still working so that the implementation of Etle could be completed at 34 Polda. Istiono said the Etle system was integrated from the Polres, Polda to Korlantas Polri.
"Concentration for the first phase will of course be followed up with the second launching. We will build it in the next 10 Polda, which we plan to launch around April 28th, we will carry out the second launch in stages, "said Police Head of Traffic Police Inspector General Isitiono.
"Technically, in the field, we will continue to work to complete this program in stages until all 34 regional police are installed. At all points we need to install Etle, of course, based on our mapping and analysis. Which point is the most crucial and we need to install Etle on it, ”he continued.
Kakorlantas explained that the national Etle had detected all two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles that did not comply with traffic rules. Istiono hopes that public awareness of obedient traffic will be higher with the presence of Etle.
