East Java Regional Police Have Successfully Arrested 4.3 Kg Gold Robber in Banyuwangi

Jakarta - The ranks of the East Java Regional Police have arrested four people suspected of robbing a gold shop in Banyuwangi. In his actions, the perpetrator succeeded in bringing gold as much as 4.3 kilograms (KG).

 The police apparatus arrested three people, namely, FR, AW, DH. Currently they have been detained at the Banyuwangi Police.

 "Processing the three suspects and detaining them at the Banyuwangi Police," said Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono in a press release, Jakarta, Monday (15/3).

 This incident was preceded by a business relationship between the suspects and the gold shop owner, who in this case was robbed by the perpetrator. This is because of the debts and receivables of both parties.
 "The case occurred because of accounts payable, then the reported party took his right in the form of gold jewelry because the reporter did not want to pay the money for the business agreement," said Argo.

 In fact, said Argo, regarding this case, the Genteng Police had tried to mediate between the two parties. However, it didn't work or it stuck.

 "Before the incident occurred, mediation was carried out, but the deadlock resulted in an alleged criminal incident," said Argo.

 The evidence confiscated included 4,315.35 grams of gold and a car used by the suspect. For their actions, they are suspected of violating Article 365 paragraph (1) (2) 2e subsidair Article 363 paragraph (1) 4e KUHP.
