Inaugurated by the National Police Chief as Head of Defense and Security, the son of Papua Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw Officially Rises Three Stars

Jakarta - The National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, officially appointed Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw as Head of the National Police Intelligence and Security Agency (Kabaintelkam). That way, this son from Papua officially holds a three star rank as Commissioner General alias Komjen.

When inaugurated, the National Police Chief also took the lead to make promises and oaths to the Head of Criminal Investigation and other main officials of the Police Headquarters in this Sertijab Ceremony.

"That I, will be loyal to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution and will carry out all laws and regulations," said the National Police Chief who was attended by all the main officials of the National Police Headquarters, Wednesday (24/2/2021).

The handover ceremony is in accordance with the Secret Telegram Letter (STR) numbered ST / 318 / III / KEP. / 2021 which was signed by As HR Polri Inspector General Sutrisno Yudi Hermawan dated February 18, 2021 on behalf of the National Police Chief.

Apart from Kabaintelkam, Kapolri also appointed Kabaharkam and Kalemdiklat. Meanwhile, the positions of Kapolda and Wakapolda will be held next week.
