The award was given at the 2021 East Java Regional Police Chief Award, which took place on Thursday (11/2/21) at Mahameru Building, East Java Regional Police Headquarters, Jalan Ahmad Yanii 116 Surabaya.
The activity which was attended by all Main Officials (PJU) of the East Java Regional Police and attended by all Polres of this rank was carried out virtually from each Polres.
The East Java Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Pol Nico Afinta congratulated the members, KTS, and the Unity who had received the award.
"It does not mean that the others are not good, but from several assessment parameters and heated debates, the winner is decided," said the East Java Regional Police Chief, starting his remarks.
The East Java Regional Police Chief appealed and invited all members of the East Java Regional Police, tough village leaders, and other units to remain enthusiastic at work.
"Let us continue to carry out our duties of authority and responsibility, because wherever we are on duty, as long as we get a Decree, the Duties and Responsibilities are attached to us," said Inspector General Nico.
In addition, the East Java Regional Police Chief also advised members to build good communication, because good communication is the key to success, and work will be better.
"The reason is that not everyone has the same thoughts as we think, so good communication is needed between members, with the leadership, with the environment, and with the community, to achieve one goal," added Inspector General Nico.
For this reason, continued Inspector General Nico, it is necessary to carry out anev and communication so that organizational goals can be achieved.
According to Inspector General Nico, if a unit is successful, the members are successful, the Head of the Division, obviously it can succeed, surely the communication is good. Because they can convey what they want so that their goals can be achieved.
"The results will not betray the process," said Inspector General Nico.
Meanwhile, confirmed separately, the Head of Public Relations of the East Java Regional Police, Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko, said that this reward was given as motivation to members throughout East Java, who had worked well.
"The assessment was carried out by a special team formed by the deputy head of the East Java Regional Police, Brigadier General Pol Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo, to capture and carry out assessment parameters for each member who has worked well," said Kombes Pol Gatot after the East Java Regional Police Chief.
The most important category of assessment is the problem of Kampung Tangguh Semeru, then the assessment for the members who work best, and for the Kasat or Head of Department who work well and the best Polres, from 39 Polres in East Java.
Assessment from the screening team began 6 months ago, namely in October 2020, to find the right person to get an award.
The assessment said the Head of Public Relations of the East Java Regional Police, seen from the guidance and operation, but for exemplary members it is assessed from the attitudes of the embodiment of the tribrata, and the attitudes of the embodiment of the preset chess.
"Starting from honesty, loyalty, and high dedication in carrying out their duties, 10 exemplary members were appointed from all members in East Java," concluded the Head of Public Relations.
