The distribution of free masks was carried out in conjunction with the health protocol appeal activity which was intensively carried out by the Probolinggo Police, Monday (1/2/2021).
This is part of the Police's efforts to campaign for health protocols as well as the socialization of 3M (Wearing Masks, Keeping Distance and Washing Hands) to the public at large.
The Probolinggo Regency Government through the Probolinggo Regent Regulation number 62 of 2020 has stipulated rules for the Application of Discipline and Law Enforcement Health Protocols in Prevention and Control Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
As a form of support and optimizing its implementation, the Probolinggo Police in synergy with Kodim 0820 Probolinggo and Satpol PP have placed their personnel in places that have the potential to cause crowds.
"Yes, that's right, we have plotted members to closely monitor health protocols and give free masks to prokes offenders," said Head of Probolinggo Police, AKBP Ferdy Irawan, S.I.K., M.Sc.
