In a press conference held at Probolinggo Police Station on Friday, January 22, 2021, Probolinggo Police Chief, AKBP Ferdy Irawan said that the twelve people came to Probolinggo Police Station on their own initiative. According to him, the twelve residents of Kalibuntu Village, Kraksaan Sub-District are currently still witnesses.

"We have done an investigation and at this time their status is still a witness, but later we will match the evidence that we have, and later found out who is the mastermind of the suspect behind the incident and we will establish as a suspect," Ferdy said

Ferdy explained, this is the last incident in Probolinggo, because according to him, such actions violate pasal 93 UU RI Nomor 6 tahun 2018 on health quarantine.

"The threat of one year imprisonment, or a fine of 100 million rupiahs, and we appeal to the whole community, this can be used as a lesson so that this incident is the last incident in Probolinggo," Ferdy said.

As we known that on Saturday (16/1/2021) afternoon, many Kalibuntu villagers forcibly picked up Covid-19 bodies at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital, not only that, they also damaged many facilities in the hospital.
